Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.
• Experience in nursing homes, assisted living or hospice care preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, BP).
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
• Assist with medical documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Support mobility with safe transfers between beds and wheelchairs.
• Maintain a clean, infection-controlled environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement care plans.
