Job summary

Oklahoma Memory Care Institute in Tulsa is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist residents with daily living activities during the night shift, ensuring comfort and quality care in line with facility policies.

You will work with the nursing team to observe changes, document intake, support feeding and hygiene, and maintain a safe, clean environment while upholding confidentiality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Team-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and familiarity with patient care standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including meals, turning, ambulating, and hydration.
• Help residents with personal hygiene needs.
• Observe and report changes in resident health to supervising nurse.
• Document food and fluid intake accurately.
• Assist with feeding and provide nutritional supplements.
• Maintain clean and tidy living environments, including making beds.
• Transport residents safely within the facility.
• Support nursing staff and follow facility policies.
• Uphold confidentiality and compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
