Job summary

Vibra Healthcare, LLC. is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, and basic patient care within a hospital setting.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and adherence to hospital policies. Night shifts include 3-12 hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with Full Time designation.

Qualifications

• Previous patient care experience, preferably in a hospital or long term care facility.
• Nurse Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care such as assisting with activities of daily living and basic care.
• Assist in preparing units, patient rooms, supplies, and beds for admissions and discharges.
• Assist in obtaining vital signs and documenting measurements.
• Assist in patient meals and documenting intake of food.
• Report changes in patient condition to the Nurse in charge.
