Job summary

Celebrate Senior Living of Fort Wayne is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the 3rd shift (10pm-6am) to assist residents with daily needs and respond to calls with a smile.

Responsibilities include reporting changes to nursing staff, advocating for residents, documenting care, and participating in survey readiness. Benefits include competitive pay starting at $17.00/hour, with higher rates for evening and night shifts, plus health plans and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certificate issued by the State of Indiana is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents to meet daily needs, including personal care and meal assistance.
• Respond to resident calls and needs promptly with a smile and positive attitude.
• Report changes in condition to nursing staff, ensure proper documentation as needed.
• Serve as an advocate for residents and a leader for your team.
• Be knowledgeable in the survey process and best practices.
