Signature HealthCARE Terre Haute seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under licensed supervision. This role supports a compassionate environment, including ADLs, transfers, vital sign recording, and prompt call-light responses.

Qualifications

• Active state Nursing Assistant certification.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living (ADLs) within scope of practice.
• Change bed linen and maintain supplies in resident room.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices.
• Record resident vital signs, weights, and intake/output.
• Routinely turn and position residents.
• Support resident rights and choices within care environment.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in duty areas.
• Answer call lights and assist resident needs.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff.
