Job summary

Montezuma Health & Rehab in Montezuma, GA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time night shifts. You will care for residents with compassion, assist with daily living activities, and work with a supportive interprofessional team to maintain dignity and comfort.

Starting pay ranges $17.63 to $18.68 per hour with shift differentials evenings, nights, and weekends. We offer benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, holidays, a 401(k) with match, and career development

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (Georgia or eligible).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
