Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed CNA required.
• Experience in resident care preferred.
• Ability to follow facility policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours to provide care.
• Verify resident ID before care or meals to ensure correct recipient.
• Report missing ID bands to admission staff immediately.
• Make beds and clean bedside/overbed tables.
• Keep water pitchers clean and within resident reach.
• Perform other duties as directed by charge nurse or administrator.
