Job summary

Must possess a valid CNA license.
Minimum 6 months CNA experience or clinical CNA exposure during training.

Responsibilities

Perform duties as assigned per facility policies and nursing care procedures.
Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours for quality care.
Verify resident identity before care or meals to ensure correct care.
Document and report changes to the Charge Nurse or Supervisor.
Assist residents with activities of daily living and maintain a clean, safe environment.
