You will provide direct care, monitor residents, and support a caring team. The role requires a current CNA certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.
• Experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for resident care and family interactions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility and transfers for residents.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Document care provided and observations accurately and timely.
