Job summary

Wellpath seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant for nightshift (3x12s) in Vermont. You will perform basic nursing tasks under licensed supervision, assist with ADLs, vital signs, and documentation, and support a collaborative care team in a correctional setting.

Experience with nursing assistants, strong English communication, and adherence to safety and confidentiality are essential. Training and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have completed Nursing Assistant training.
• Basic patient care knowledge required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to patients under licensed nurse supervision.
• Assist with ADLs, vital signs, and documentation.
• Maintain professional behavior and protect patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with healthcare team and other staff to coordinate care.
• Assist with patient care in different units as needed.
