Job summary

Lynn Haven Health & Rehab is seeking a Night CNA to assist residents with activities of daily living and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

Starting pay ranges from $17.63 to $18.68 per hour with shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends. Weekly pay, strong team support, and a comprehensive benefits package are offered in a mission-driven, non-profit environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Georgia or eligible.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
• Foster a respectful atmosphere for residents and families.
