Job summary

Haviland Care Center, part of Mission Health Communities, is hiring full-time night Certified Nursing Assistants to join our compassionate clinical team. You will provide total resident care, focusing on ADLs, in a rehabilitation nursing setting.

We offer a competitive hourly salary of $16.00 to $17.60, with benefits as required by law. Night shift 7p-7a; Kansas CNA certification and CPR required; prior geriatric experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Completed a state approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Current Kansas certification/registration to practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPPA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.
• Experience in geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide total care for residents, focusing on activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Record temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight; perform range of motion as needed.
• Observe and report changes in condition, attitude, appetite, and behavior.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance while delivering care.
• Deliver warm, friendly service and build relationships with residents and their families.
