Job summary

Vintage Wellness & Rehabilitation in Denton, Texas seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for the 10PM-6AM shift. You will support patients with daily living activities, monitor changes, and collaborate with the care team to implement patient care plans.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in Texas is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

• Capable of assisting with lifting and moving patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist with daily living activities such as eating, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes to nursing staff and physicians.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and services.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
• Participate in patient education and support activities.
