Job summary

Magnolia Manor Assisted Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, and mobility. The CNA will support medication administration and help maintain a safe, clean environment while documenting care accurately and reporting changes to nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Preferred High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Provides for residents’ health needs, including measuring vital signs and intake/output.
• Adheres to Magnolia Manor’s Infection Control Procedures.
• Maintains documentation of resident care and condition; responds to call lights or alarms.
• Communicates notable changes to nurse management.
• Attends and completes 12 hours/year of ongoing certification.
• Attends mandatory meetings and in-services and OSHA/CDC trainings.
• Assists with orientation of new employees.
