Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ CNA experience in a similar setting.
• Current CNA certification is required.
• Strong focus on patient safety and fall prevention.
• Experience assisting patients with ADLs and communicating clearly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety and implement fall prevention measures.
• Assist patients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, eating and mobility.
• Respond promptly to patient call lights.
• Address patient concerns and assist with service recovery when needed.
• Document interactions and medical information accurately with flowsheet documentation.
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals while protecting privacy.
