Job summary

Countryside Manor in Fremont, OH is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants for Night Shift to join our dedicated care team. This role supports residents with ADLs, mobility, meals, and vital signs, delivering safe, respectful care.

We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN options, every other weekend, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time CNAs paid within the first year. Our facility provides competitive pay and benefits, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio CNA certification required.
• Compassionate, dependable and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• Newly certified CNAs encouraged to apply.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration.
• Support transfers, mobility, ambulation and repositioning.
• Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable resident environment.
• Provide compassionate and respectful care.
