Job summary

Countryside Manor in Fremont, OH is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants for the Day Shift. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN roles with a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time CNAs. You will work closely with residents to provide daily care in a respectful, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio CNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration
• Help residents with transfers, mobility, ambulation, and repositioning
• Take and record vital signs as directed
• Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Provide compassionate, respectful, resident-centered care

Education
