Havencrest Healthcare and Rehabilitation located in Monongahela PA is actively seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to join our Midnight (11p-7A) team. Our facility offers full-time and part-time opportunities with a 48-bed, home-like environment focused on resident care.

We provide a $2,500 sign-on bonus, starting rates based on experience, and a $1,000 referral bonus with unlimited potential. Daily pay with Tap Check and excellent low-cost benefits are also available to staff.

Qualifications

• Must be fully certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) through the state.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with CNA responsibilities.
• Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to resident care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical, psychological, and social support for residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and feeding.
• Support residents with toileting, colostomy care, transferring, and mobility exercises.
• Ensure the dignity and respect of all residents are maintained during care tasks.
• Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare staff.
