Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital, part of Select Medical, is hiring a Nursing Assistant (CNA/NA) for a full-time night shift (7p-7a) at McKeesport. Compensation ranges from $17.92 to $24.12 per hour, with night/weekend differentials and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

We offer strong orientation, RN scholarship, tuition reimbursement, and a clinical ladder to advance skills. Responsibilities include patient bathing, rounds, transport, and equipment care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Preferred: hospital experience as a nursing assistant or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, and hair care.
• Perform hourly rounds and respond to patient needs.
• Transport patients to treatment areas and assist with transfers.
• Maintain cleanliness of instruments, bedpans, urinals, and wheelchairs.
• Keep patient rooms clean and stocked; monitor supplies.
