Job summary

Riverstone Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our dedicated team. This position covers the night shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, delivering high-quality care to residents and assisting CNAs on the floor.

You will perform vital sign checks, feeding, and bathing, while engaging residents in activities to promote well-being. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans for each resident.

Qualifications

• CMA certification required or ability to obtain.
• Experience in a long-term care setting preferred, 0 years acceptable.

Responsibilities

• CNA support: assist CNAs with resident care on the floor from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Provide general patient care including vital signs, feeding and bathing
• Engage residents in activities and therapies to promote well-being
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans
