Logan Health is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) for night shift to join a high-performing laboratory team in Kalispell, MT. The role involves performing a range of laboratory tests with strict quality control, ensuring accurate patient results, and supporting the department’s QC/QA activities.

The ideal candidate holds a CLS license (or is within 45 days of hire) and has strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related science required.
• Montana state Clinical Laboratory Scientist license or must obtain within 45 days of hire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn other software.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory procedures and evaluate accuracy/validity of patient test results.
• Perform, monitor, and evaluate quality control for all tests.
