Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking a Laboratory Technologist/MLT to perform high-complexity testing and report results. You will follow CLIA and safety guidelines, maintain QC records, and review results for accuracy.

The role requires MT/MLT certification or eligibility, a relevant degree, and the ability to work the 2230–0700 shift, with proficiency in multiple computer systems and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Medical Technology or related degree preferred; eligible for MT/MLT certification.
• Foreign educated candidates must provide credential evaluation (IERF).
• US-educated candidates must provide detailed original transcript.
• National MT/MLT certification (ASCP or AMT) required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Follow lab procedures for specimen handling, processing, reporting, and records.
• Maintain records for proficiency testing and testing consistency.
• Analyze specimens using approved testing procedures per SOPs.
• Review and release test results with accuracy.
• Adhere to CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and safety guidelines.
• Document QC/QA activities, calibrations, and maintenance.
