Mass General Brigham is seeking a Per-Diem Pharmacist at The General Hospital Corporation to join our on-site team at 90 Blossom Street in Boston, MA. You will support medication order review, inter-professional interventions, and ensure safe dispensing alongside technicians.

Responsibilities include contributing to ADR assessment, participating in medication reconciliation, and collaborating with nurses and physicians on patient care teams, including code readiness for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Pharm D required.
• MA Pharmacy license required.
• 1+ years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review medication orders and conduct interventions with nurses and physicians.
• Oversee/verify work of technicians and dispensing of medications.
• Participate in quality improvement efforts and medication reconciliation.
• Interviews patients to evaluate adverse drug reactions and allergies; document ADRs.
