Qualifications
- Pharm. D. or BS degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
- Completion of an ASHP accredited residency program is desired.
- Current licensure as a pharmacist in Maryland required.
- ACLS and/or PALS certification is desired.
- Previous clinical health-system experience is desired.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical pharmacy services including medication order review and verification.
- Therapeutic drug monitoring and support for medication use process.
- Involved in precepting, projects, and committee work.
