Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school.
• Doctorate PharmD from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret and verify provider medication orders with clinical interventions as needed.
• Provide drug information and education to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Direct pharmacy workflow and verify accuracy of dispensing to patients.
• Manage medication use including compounding, preparation, selection, dispensing, stocking.
• Collaborate with pharmacy team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate and train pharmacy staff and serve as preceptors for students and residents.
• Lead medication use evaluations and quality improvement initiatives.
