Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing school.
• 2 Years clinical experience.
• California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing -REQUIRED
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families.
• Delegate/assign and communicate expectations for care delivery processes.
• Document per department/entity guidelines and policies.
• Demonstrate critical thinking in patient care and problem solving.
• Coordinate transfer and discharge planning with the health care team.
• Act as patient advocate and support for coworkers.
