Job summary

Sharp HealthCare in California is hiring an RN to provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families on a 7 PM to 7:30 AM shift. The role requires CA RN licensure and AHA BLS certification, with a 12-month-or-more clinical background.

Pay reflects range defined by bargaining agreement and experience. The position emphasizes clinical leadership, coordination of care with a multidisciplinary team, and adherence to department guidelines while ensuring patient safety and quality

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing school.
• 1 Year clinical experience (RNs with less than 12 months experience will complete the new grad requirements).
• California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing -REQUIRED
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association -REQUIRED
