Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience.
• Active RN license in DC and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across the continuum of care.
• Educate patients and families to support understanding and recovery.
• Document patient care and outcomes in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement and governance.
