Job summary

UNC Health Nash is hiring Clinical Helpers to support hospitalized patients with basic hands-on care under nursing supervision. This on-site, full-time role is part of the NGH Nursing Float Pool, primarily night shifts, with standard 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities include bathing, feeding, toileting, CHG baths, Foley maintenance, turns, and assisting with activity progression; high school diploma and current BCLS certification required, PCA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Superior interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) is preferred.

• Complete CHG baths
• Perform Foley maintenance care
