Lexington Health is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for Adult Acute Care in Columbia, SC. This full-time night-shift role (7pm-7:30am) involves operational shift oversight, staff mentorship, and coordination of patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.

A BSN and SC RN license are required, with certification in a nursing specialty preferred or to be obtained within 6 months. The Clinical Coordinator will lead nursing teams, ensure adherence to standards, and collaborate with the hospital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• RN licensure in South Carolina or eligible.
• National nursing certification in specialty or obtain within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Establishes positive rapport with patient and family.
• Delegates care to staff and facilitates admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Leads and mentors staff; supports unit operations and quality improvement.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and adheres to nursing standards and regulations.
• Coordinates through interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care.
