Job summary

Lexington Health in West Columbia, SC is seeking a Clinical Coordinator RN for a full-time PM/N shift (7pm–7am). You will provide shift oversight, delegate care to staff, and ensure timely admissions, transfers, and discharges while upholding nursing standards and patient safety.

Requirements include a BSN, a SC RN license, and at least 2 years of relevant experience; a national nursing certification is preferred or must be obtained within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: BSN
• Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years in specialty within past 5 years
• Current RN license to practice in South Carolina; valid per state requirements
• National nursing certification in specialty at time of hire or within 6 months of promotion

Responsibilities

• Provides operational shift oversight and delegates care to staff.
• Facilitates timely patient admission, transfer and discharge.
