Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for the Patient Care Services department, located at our Medical Center near the La Grande-Baker Highway. The role focuses on coordinating patient flow, ensuring high-quality care and effective team collaboration during night shifts.

Ideal candidates will have an active Registered Nurse license in Oregon, at least two years of acute hospital experience, and BLS/HCP certification.

Qualifications

• RN license in Oregon required
• Two years of acute hospital experience required
• BLS/HCP certification (American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Military Training Network) required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow and throughput by planning, organizing and controlling activities for the clinical services on assigned shifts.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and be a strong team player.
• Provide outstanding patient care for patients and families, especially in stressful situations.
