Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take and document vital signs and baseline assessments for patients.
• Assist with activities of daily living and bedside care.
• Perform phlebotomy and assist with ECGs as directed by the RN.
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and comfort.
• Document patient information accurately in EHR systems.
