Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent required.
• BLS certification required.
• SRNA preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical patient care support under the supervision of the Registered Nurse.
• Collaborate with patients and families for care planning and execution.
• Perform delegated nursing tasks and monitor patient condition per unit standards.
• Document care activities, assist with mobility, hygiene, and daily living needs.

Education

High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent

Basic Life Support (BLS)

State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA) preferred
