Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent is required.
• Experience in healthcare setting is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) accreditation by the American Heart Association is required.
• State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA) by the Kentucky Board of Nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers clinical patient care support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assists with activities of daily living and monitors patient condition.
• Performs and documents point-of-care testing and supports patient mobility and hygiene.
• Assists with patient transport and unit environmental tasks.
• Maintains compliance with hospital standards and communicates risks to the care team.
