Job summary

Fralock is seeking an Assembler Level I for an onsite, third-shift position (11:30 PM – 7:00 AM, Sunday–Thursday) in California. The role focuses on assembling and packaging in a Clean Room Class 7 environment, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery.

The candidate will perform various assembly tasks, cross-train across stations, and maintain safe, organized work areas. High school diploma or GED and attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• Performs assembly and packaging operations in a Clean Room Class 7 environment.
• Maintains high-quality workmanship and meets customer requirements.
• Communicates with Supervisors and peers to support department goals.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components accurately according to work instructions and drawings.
• Perform basic packaging: bundling, wrapping, sealing, labeling, counting.
• Cross-train across multiple stations to support production needs.
