Job summary

Required are a HS diploma or GED, 1 year of cleaning equipment experience and supervisory experience, plus TWIC and a valid driver’s license. English literacy and ability to work long hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year cleaning equipment experience.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• TWIC within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.
• Must work nights and be on your feet long shifts.

• Ability to follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as assigned.
• Direct housekeeping staff and ensure quality standards.
• Follow client site guidelines and train staff.
• Inspect services and coordinate equipment care.
• Resolve minor maintenance or safety issues.
• Operate vehicle to travel to client locations nightly.
• Report equipment and supply needs to supervisor.
