Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise facility operations overnight, delegating tasks and guiding staff. The Lead ensures adherence to policies, coordinates scheduling, and maintains safety and cleanliness across assigned buildings.

Responsibilities include supervising teams, communicating with management, managing access and keys, and handling service requests. Prior experience in lead roles and customer service is required.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
• 1 year of similar work experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules and route cards; report barriers.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Maintain open communication between field staff and management; document client communications.
• Assist with creating daily and weekly work schedules.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in the assigned building.
• Manage keys and access cards for the property.
• Report damaged, broken, or out-of-service items.
• Oversee and perform additional service requests in the building.
• Ensure quality of work and confirm completion with Area Manager.
• Provide training for new hires per onboarding procedures.
• Complete and validate time records for regular or subcontractor and subcontractor employees.
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
