Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cleaner for the full-time 3rd shift in Springfield, MA. Under supervision, you will perform custodial duties across offices and facilities in accordance with company standards.

Duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, restocking supplies, disposing trash, high-dusting, and occasional snow removal. You will use floor buffers and shampoo machines and must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities; no previous experience required.
• Able to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.

• Team player with endurance.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines.
• Vacuum rugs, spot clean, and shampoo as directed.
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and walls; high dusting.
• Wash windowsills, glass, and entrance areas; maintain bathrooms and restock supplies.
• Report defects and monitor lights/urinals to supervisors.
• Collect and dispose of trash; replace liners.
• Snow removal from steps and walkways; seasonal duties.
• Perform periodic high dusting, leather/wood polishing.
• All other duties as assigned.
