Job summary

TEC Services is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment across assigned locations. You will perform routine janitorial tasks, including floors, restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas, following company standards and safety procedures.

Ideal candidates have attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Night shifts may be required, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be able to work night shifts and travel to assigned work locations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of floors, restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and empty trash receptacles.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces according to standards.
• Replenish restroom and facility supplies as needed.
• Follow cleaning schedules and complete tasks efficiently.
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
