Job summary

TEC Services is seeking a dedicated cleaner in Nazareth, PA to maintain a clean and sanitary environment across assigned locations. The role requires following safety procedures, performing routine tasks, and reporting issues to supervisors.

Night shifts are available, with potential travel to different sites as needed. Responsibilities include cleaning floors, restrooms, offices, and break rooms, plus ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is well maintained.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be able to work night shifts and travel to assigned work locations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas including floors, restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and empty trash receptacles.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces according to company standards.
• Replenish restroom and facility supplies as needed.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and complete tasks efficiently.
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, or safety hazards to supervisor.
• Wear required PPE and handle cleaning chemicals safely.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and return tools to storage.
• Communicate daily assignments and concerns with supervisors.
• Participate in walkthroughs with store management when requested.
