Job summary

TEC Services is seeking a Full-Time Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe environment at assigned locations. You will perform routine janitorial duties, follow schedules, and report safety concerns to supervision.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently or in a team, with night shifts and travel to sites as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable and able to work independently or with a team.
• Night shifts and travel to assigned work locations.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas, including floors, restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and empty trash receptacles.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces according to company standards.
• Replenish restroom and facility supplies as needed.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Report any maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
