Job summary

PITT OHIO is seeking a Class A Linehaul Driver for our McCook, IL location. The role involves overnight, terminal-to-terminal driving, with drivers home daily on weekdays and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Two years of verifiable interstate driving experience (≈200,000 miles) or one year with a driving school diploma approved by Pitt Ohio.
• Must pass a Pitt Ohio driving test administered by an approved Pitt Ohio trainer.
• Hazardous materials and tank endorsement or obtain within 90 days of employment on your current CDL.
• Must hold a valid CDL from the state of residence and provide license history for the past 36 months.

Responsibilities

• Drive a commercial vehicle overnight, terminal to terminal or to a relay point and back home.
• Home daily on weekdays, with some weekends as needed.
• Occasional customer deliveries or pickups may be required.
