Responsibilities

• Operate CIP systems to clean and sanitize production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor CIP processes, including temperature, pressure, and flow rates, to ensure proper cleaning and sanitization.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CIP systems to ensure they are functioning effectively.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Keep accurate records of CIP activities, including cleaning cycles, chemical usage, and equipment performance.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to schedule CIP cycles in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Report any issues or deviations in CIP performance to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
• Diligently follow company policies and procedures related to hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
