Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in basic English (read, write, speak).
• Ability to operate in extreme temperatures with chemical PPE.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize drains, rooms, and areas across the Cheese Department.
• Stock and manage chemical carts and PPE; maintain housekeeping in production zones.
• Clean/sanitize and stock handwashing sinks, remove trash, and perform weekly cleaning tasks.
• Assist with CIP tasks, CIP filters, and general sanitation duties as assigned.
• Follow safety rules and Food Safety Plan to ensure GMP compliance.
