Responsibilities

• Promote quality and safety; maintain documentation per unit and hospital standards.
• Represent the hospital in community service and work to achieve patient satisfaction.
• Ensure patient safety with fall prevention, safe mobilization, accurate med administration, and proper patient identification.
• Provide leadership through charge RN duties, mentoring, and department-wide coordination.
• Deliver relationship-based care and strong patient/guest relations in line with hospital policies.
