Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience as Charge Nurse or floor nurse in SNF/AL/Long-Term Care preferred.
• Strong assessment, medication administration, and emergency response skills.
• Leadership and communication abilities with the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift clinical operations and supervise CNAs/STNAs.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Serve as primary clinical contact for residents, families, and physicians.
• Ensure care plans and physician orders are followed.
