PrimeCare Medical Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Charge Nurse on the FT Night shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) at the Chester County Prison in West Chester, PA.

The Charge Nurse assists the Director of Nursing with managing nursing care delivery and performs administrative and clinical duties. The role requires PA RN licensure and 1–3 years of management experience, with the ability to multi-task and lead nursing staff in a correctional healthcare setting.

Formación

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 1–3 years of management experience in a medical facility.
• Strong decision-making and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and function independently.

Responsabilidades

• Administrative: prepare reports and maintain professional nursing attitude.
• Supervise and evaluate nursing staff; ensure staffing levels and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with PCM and NCCHC/ACA standards; directive from Nursing Director.
