Qualifications

• Active RN license issued by the state of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and coordinate daily patient care activities and ensure physician orders are followed.
• Schedule staff and patients to ensure complete coverage of patient care.
• Lead, guide, and train staff performing related processes and expectations.
• Oversee and provide direct nursing care and consultation to patients.
• Coordinate services with other patient care units and maintain communication with allied services.
• Oversee quality assurance and infection control activities and compliance with standards.
