OPCO Skilled Management seeks an experienced Nursing Manager to oversee daily nursing functions in a skilled nursing facility. You will supervise staff, administer medications, and ensure care aligns with state and federal guidelines.

On-site interviews may be conducted at the Dallas location. Ideal candidates hold LVN/LPN licensure in the state, have 2+ years SNF experience, and possess current BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed LVN/LPN with valid state license.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily nursing care following rules and guidelines.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents with proper documentation.
• Orient new residents and families to the facility.
• Lead shift with nursing staff and manage assignments.
• Ensure high-quality clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet residents' needs.
• Administer medications and follow physician orders as allowed.
• Monitor and report incidents and health changes promptly.
